Specificité: Recognizes mouse PML, Mr ~90-106kD, depending on degree of protein modification. Does not cross-react with human. MEF1 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with This antibody. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.

Indications d'application: Approved: ICC, WB (0.5 - 1 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot: 0.5-1 μg/mL of this lot detected PML in RIPA lysates from mouse embryo fibroblast (MEF1) cells. Immunocytochemistry: An independent laboratory showed positive immunostaining for PML in MEF1 cells fixed with 4 % paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.2 % Triton X-100.
